Adam Leake

Adam Leake is the current Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Fitness and Lifestyle Group. Prior to this, they served as a Non-Executive Director on the Finance and Risk Committee at Greening Australia, where they provided leadership through chairing the Vegetation Management Trust and overseeing the restructure of organisational and operating board and sub-committees. Adam also played a role in developing a balanced 5-year strategic plan and roadmap. Before joining Greening Australia, Adam served as the General Manager of Group Finance at Energy Developments Limited and as the Chief Financial Officer at Goodlife Health Clubs.

Adam Leake has a MBA in Finance from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, and a Bachelor in Business from Southern Cross University. Adam also has certification from the Merit LIst in the Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Benevolent Society in Queensland Leadership, and Social Leadership, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia in Chartered Accountant.
