Dee McNeill

Dee McNeill is an experienced professional in the fitness and training industry, currently serving as the People & Culture Adviser and Head Trainer at Les Mills Asia Pacific since 1998. In this role, Dee delivers competency-based training, assesses trainees for international certification, and leads the development of a 40+ member training team across Asia Pacific. Dee has also contributed to multiple organizations, including Fitness First Australia as a Group Fitness Instructor, and served as a Brand and Event Consultant for Central Coast Collective. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Account Director at The Kanga Group and IM Promos, where Dee managed promotional strategies for various industries. As co-owner and director of MMA Fitness Pty Ltd, Dee was instrumental in establishing fitness education and product manufacturing. Dee holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and multiple qualifications in workplace training and management. Recognized in 2012 with the 'One Tribe' award by Les Mills for exceptional service and leadership, Dee continues to impact the fitness sector significantly.
