Valerie Looi

Valerie Looi is a clinical consultant at Spiral Therapeutics since October 2023, focusing on building relationships with key opinion leaders and managing clinical operations. Concurrently, since August 2022, Valerie serves as a project manager at The George Institute for Global Health, leading clinical trials to improve healthcare systems. In an academic capacity, Valerie has been an adjunct faculty member at The University of Queensland and the National University of Singapore, supervising higher degree research students. Previous roles include head of clinical at Hemideina, where Valerie developed early feasibility clinical trial plans, and consultant to senior management at Advance Healthcare, providing strategic advice on operations and project management. Valerie holds a PhD in Audiology from the University of Melbourne and multiple degrees including a Master's in Clinical Audiology and a Graduate Certificate in Management focused on Project Management.
