Javier Cruz Leon

Javier Cruz Leon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at FITS, LLC since August 2011, Javier focuses on enhancing market presence and driving financial growth while cultivating customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Previously, Javier held the position of Construction Project Manager at ISS Corp. from 1998 to 2011, where oversight of projects from conception to completion was a key responsibility. Additionally, Javier contributed as the Special Projects Lead at Congar International Corp. from May 1990 to December 1998. Education includes an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Puerto Rico-Recinto de Guayama and further studies at Polytechnic University from 2001 to 2004.
