Currently serving as the President of JCR Construction Management & Compliance, LLC since June 2020, Josue also holds positions at FITS, Inc. and Construction Engineering & Management Consulting, providing project inspection and engineering services. With a solid background in managing occupational safety projects and overseeing major construction activities for companies such as Pfizer and Eli Lilly, Josue excels in project planning, scheduling, and quality assurance. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Inter American University School of Law and advanced degrees in construction management and civil engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
