Chloe Carter

Chloe Carter is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the People Services Manager at Fitzgerald HR since June 2022. Prior to this position, Chloe held senior HR consulting roles at Hertfordshire Constabulary from April 2019 to April 2022, and at Stevenage Borough Council from September 2017 to April 2019 as both an HR & OD Business Partner and Assistant HR and OD Business Partner. Chloe began a career in HR as a Graduate Trainee at Hertfordshire County Council from July 2015 to August 2017. Academically, Chloe holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Anglia Ruskin University.
