Erika Diaz

Erika Diaz serves as the Sr. Director of Merchandise Operations at Five Below since February 2021. Previously, Diaz held the position of Director at adidas, overseeing Omni Channel Operations and eCommerce. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Procurement Operations at American Tower and Director of Buying Operations at Urban Outfitters, where daily operations were managed through best practices and process improvements.
