Juan Hedian

Juan Hedian is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital product engineering and testing automation. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Digital Product Engineering at Five Below, Juan oversees mobile and website engineering teams across the US, India, and LATAM, while partnering with business owners to enhance conversion rates. Prior roles include Technical Leader at Rockwell Automation, where Juan led testing automation initiatives, and Director of Digital Engineering at ICIX, managing engineering and testing teams. Juan's extensive tenure at Toys"R"Us involved directing digital engineering efforts to launch a successful e-Commerce site, among other achievements. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Management Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Rutgers University.
