Tiffany Colf, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior HR Project Manager at Five Below since November 2021, Tiffany previously held multiple senior management positions at Walmart, including Senior Manager II in Human Resources focused on Walmart Health & Clinical Excellence, where responsibilities included designing and implementing Workday HR processes. Tiffany also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Sam's Club, addressing workforce development and organizational effectiveness, and held key roles at Walmart from 2005 to 2014 in benefits management and executive services.
