Roselyn Mena

Roselyn Mena is an experienced educator and curriculum developer, currently serving as an Adult Education Instructor at Five Keys Charter Schools and Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco, where Roselyn teaches low-income and homeless adults with learning disabilities. Roselyn has designed and implemented various educational programs, including Culinary Math and Basic Literacy for Learning Disabled Adults, as well as tutoring Adult Basic and Secondary Education students. In addition to teaching, Roselyn is a recipe creator and writer for the blog Roz's Scrumptious Recipes, focusing on healthy cooking. With a background in tutoring children with special needs and experience in medical administrative roles, Roselyn holds a Master of Education in Literacy and Language, along with multiple certifications in medical assisting and education from respected institutions.
