Gavin Woodward has had extensive work experience in various creative and managerial roles. In 2009, they started working at Ex-Voto Media as a Videographer and later took on the role of Project Manager / Creative Director. From 2010 to 2015, they were involved in video production, design, and marketing at Agave Underground. Gavin then worked at Street Virus from 2008 to 2010 as a Project Manager, Video Editor, Creative Director, Scriptwriter, and Sound Designer, where they managed the development team for projects related to the Jim Henson Company and Fall Out Boy. In the same year, they also held positions at SPORTS PLACEMENT SERVICE as a Project Manager, Creative Director, Video Editor, and Post Production Supervisor, where they collaborated with Mike Tyson's manager to create official websites and promotional material. As a Project Manager, Creative Director, and Editor at THANK YOU DESIGN from 2008 to 2010, they worked on projects such as FMPR.TV, NUPOPMOVEMENT.COM, and FOUNDBYCLOTHING. Gavin also worked at THE DOORS MUSIC COMPANY as a Project Manager, Creative Director, Cinematographer, and Editor from 2008 to 2009, where they managed the design and development of official websites for The Doors and Janis Joplin. In 2007, they served as a Post Production Supervisor at Peak Potentials, coordinating multi-camera shoots and collaborating with post-production teams to create DVD sets for live events. Additionally, Gavin worked as an Event Producer, Creative Director, Cinematographer, and Editor at DR.X in 2009, where they managed a production team and coordinated the transformation of a gallery site for an art exhibit.
Gavin Woodward attended Chapman University from 2002 to 2003, where they studied Film Production. It is unclear whether they completed a degree during this time. Additionally, in 2004, their education at Chapman University was interrupted by a professional opportunity.
