Wendy Fox

Wendy Fox is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate management and legal support. Currently serving as Director - DRE at Five Point Holdings, LLC since September 2019, Wendy previously held multiple senior roles at Irvine Company, including Senior Director of Ground Lease Management, where management included approximately 175 commercial and residential ground lease properties valued over $150 million, and Senior Director of Association Management, overseeing the establishment and management of over 25,000 units within community associations. Wendy's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Paralegal, a Paralegal at Cox, Castle & Nicholson specializing in real estate, and a Corporate Paralegal at National Education Corporation. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Leadership from Concordia University Irvine, along with certificates in Project Management and Paralegal Studies from UC Irvine.
