Sandy Toms, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Sandy started their career as a Customer Service Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at Denton Regional Medical Center, where they played a key role in improving patient flow and implementing strategic improvements. Sandy then moved on to Hallmark Insurance Company, where they worked as an IT Business Analyst, documenting reports, developing business requirements, and delivering training for staff. Following this, they joined LKQ Corporation as a Business Analyst, working on various projects until 2018. Currently, they serve as a Consulting Business Analyst at Five Points Technology Group.

Sandy Toms earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Robert Morris University - Illinois in 2004. Sandy then went on to pursue their Master's Degree in Health Systems Management from Texas Woman's University, completing it in 2014. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Texas Woman's University in the same year.
