Bill Tschirhart has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 1998 to 2004, they worked for the City of Kettering, where they started as an Assistant Facility Manager and later became the Business Services Manager. In these positions, they supervised staff, managed budgets, and oversaw marketing and communications functions.
