Laurie Collins

Laurie (Riester) Collins currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Five Star Bank, a public financial institution with over 600 associates, since August 2021. Prior to this role, Collins held the position of Director of Total Rewards, Culture, & HR Technology at Columbus McKinnon from May 2017 to July 2021, and previously held multiple HR roles at PepsiCo, including Senior Manager of Talent and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, from March 2006 to May 2017.
