Miranda Tiede

Miranda Tiede has extensive experience in customer success and people management, currently serving as Vice President, People & Culture, and previously in multiple roles as Vice President of Customer Success at Five Star Call Centers since July 2015. Prior to this, Miranda held the position of Senior Team Manager at Midco Connections from September 2010 to March 2015 and served as Collections Team Manager at First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard from May 2005 to September 2010. Miranda's early career includes military service as a Signal Support Systems Specialist with the South Dakota Army National Guard from 1999 to 2008, including a deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Education was completed at Corsica High School.
