Gregory A. Gaddy, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and research fields. Gregory A. worked as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at 5 Stones Research Corp from 2012 to present. Prior to that, they served as Director of Program Development and Huntsville, AL Operations at Metters, Incorporated from 2009 to 2012. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, holding roles including Manager Huntsville, AL Operations, Principal Technical Manager, and Principal Materials Engineer. Gregory A. also worked as a Senior Technology Protection Engineer at Beta Analytics International, Inc. in 2004. Additionally, they held positions as a Materials Engineer at United States Army Research Laboratory (ARL) from 2003 to 2004 and at the National Research Council - NASA Langley Research Center from 2001 to 2003.

After completing their undergraduate studies in 1996, they enrolled at Auburn University. Over the course of five years, from 1996 to 2001, Gregory earned their Ph.D. in Chemistry from Auburn University.
