Blake Nelson has extensive experience in operations and strategy within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Services Operations & Strategy at Five9, Blake has also held positions such as Vice President of Global Services Operations & Strategy and Sr. Director of Operations and Strategy. Prior to Five9, Blake contributed to Cisco in roles including WW Collaboration Cloud Business Development and Sr. Manager of Collaboration ISV Partner Development. Earlier career highlights include Channel Operations at Avaya and a Sr. Business Analyst role focused on Channel Strategy & Operations at Nortel, as well as experience in network engineering. Blake holds a degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earned between 1994 and 1999.
