Bob Moon is an experienced professional in the field of technical communications, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Documentation at Five9 since February 2022. Prior to this, Bob held significant roles at Fiserv, including Manager of Technical Communications, where leadership was provided to a global team creating documentation for financial services software applications. Bob's expertise encompasses technical and strategic leadership, documentation processes using single-sourcing methodologies, and developing user assistance content. With a diverse background in various technical communication roles across multiple industries, including positions at StarPound Technologies and as an independent consultant, Bob has demonstrated a strong capacity for managing complex documentation projects and enhancing user experience. Bob holds a BA in English, Spanish, and Speech-Theatre from Berry College.
