Cory Ebbert

Cory Ebbert has extensive experience in customer support and technical account management roles, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Customer Support at Five9 since June 2019. Previous positions at Five9 include Senior Director of Strategic Customer Support, Area Director of Technical Account Management, Strategic Director of Technical Account Management, and Technical Account Manager. Prior to Five9, Cory held the position of Chief Information Officer at TCC, LLC Maryland, and was a Manager of System Support & Solutions at 14 West. Additional experience includes roles at Agora Publishing, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Baltimore County Government, and Best Buy. Cory holds a Master's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics from Stevenson University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County.
