Prior roles include leading product marketing teams at Vonage Business following the NewVoiceMedia acquisition and launching innovative solutions at NewVoiceMedia and 8x8, Inc. Jeff has a proven track record of enhancing market positioning, developing customer programs, and driving significant revenue growth during tenures at Genesys and Business Objects. Jeff holds an MBA in International Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in History from Washington and Lee University.
