Roman Katichev

Roman Katichev is a Senior Software Development Engineer at Five9 since July 2014, specializing in the development and support of internal test automation frameworks and web-based tools using Python and Java. Roman has experience in automated telephony test tools for cloud environments, continuous integration tool implementation, and expanding test coverage, along with expertise in Google Cloud-based services utilizing Python FastAPI and Java Spring. Prior to this, Roman worked as a Software Developer at ЗАО "Норси-Транс" from December 2012 to June 2014, focusing on the SORM platform for bug fixing and new feature development in high-load systems with C/C++ in a Linux environment. Roman's career also includes a role at МЕРА from May 2008 to November 2012, where responsibilities included support engineering and software development with C/C++ and Java for a hardware media platform.
