Sally Ahn

Sally Ahn is a highly experienced software engineer and principal engineer at Five9 since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ahn spent over a decade at Cisco, progressing from a software engineer to a technical leader and senior technical leader in the Site Reliability Engineering team. Contributions include designing scalable cloud infrastructure, automating infrastructure management, leading a globally distributed team, and implementing centralized logging solutions. Ahn's technical expertise also encompasses orchestrating frameworks for cloud-based infrastructure and ensuring regulatory compliance through innovative data aggregation systems. Ahn holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
