Fannar Örn Maximus Hermannsson's work experience includes roles at multiple companies starting from 2012. Following this, they enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science at Reykjavik University in 2015, but unfortunately, did not complete their degree, as they ended their studies in 2017, leaving it incomplete. Alongside their formal education, Fannar acquired additional certifications. In 2008, they completed the Dale Carnegie Management Training program, and in 2010, they became a certified Dale Carnegie Assistant Coach. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® certification in November 2012 through the Scrum Alliance.
