Charles “Randy” Hunt, PMP, CPF

Charles "Randy" Hunt, PMP, CPF has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Charles “Randy” currently holds the position of Director of Project Management Office at FivePoint Solutions, where they manage three portfolios of applications for Judicial and Law Enforcement agencies. Charles “Randy” provides weekly portfolio rollups to company executives and leads teams of IT developers in designing and developing software applications.

Prior to their current role, Randy worked as a Senior Project Manager at FivePoint Solutions. Charles “Randy” also has experience working at PMAlliance, where they served as a Client Executive, providing project management methodology services on financial and internet IT initiatives. Randy directed global cross-functional teams and successfully delivered large, integrated IT projects within the original scope and on target 90% of the time.

In addition, Randy worked as a Senior Project Management Consultant at PMAlliance, where they delivered project management consulting services to a Fortune 500 Company. Charles “Randy” assisted in determining project requirements, priorities, and estimated timelines, and analyzed and mitigated major project risks for the overall division portfolio.

Earlier in their career, Randy worked at Worldspan, where they held various positions including IT Team Lead/Applications Engineer, Lead Programmer/Analyst, and Group Leader. During their time at Worldspan, they led teams of programmers, redesigned baggage tag formats, and created an automated expense tracking system for Delta Air Lines.

Randy also has experience working at Delta Air Lines, where they served as an IT Project Manager, coordinating the implementation of a new ticketing application. This application improved productivity and profitability for the company.

Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects within scope and on target.

Charles "Randy" Hunt, PMP, CPF has a diverse educational background and an array of certifications. Charles “Randy” pursued their Master's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing it from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University of West Georgia from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Physics and an Associate of Science (AS) in Computer Science.

In addition to their educational achievements, Charles "Randy" Hunt has acquired several certifications. In 2007, they obtained the DMEDI Green Belt and DMAIC Green Belt certifications from 6-Sigma. Charles “Randy” also earned the IAF Certified Professional Facilitator certification from The International Association of Facilitators in 2008. Additionally, they hold the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in 2007.
