Matt Kurkowski has over 13 years of experience in marketing and performance marketing. Matt started their career in 2007 as an intern at ISM, where they selected images and wrote copy for select hotels on a travel directory website. Matt then moved to AdLab at Boston University, where they served as the Director of Account Planning. In 2008, Matt began working at Phillips Design Group as a Marketing & New Business Intern. Later that year, they joined Zipcar as a Marketing Manager, where they managed the marketing efforts for the Boston & Eastern Massachusetts region. From 2013 to 2017, Matt worked at MOO as a Senior Marketing Manager, Digital, where they were responsible for revenue-driving, multi-channel digital marketing. Matt then joined PlacePass in 2019 as the Director of Customer Acquisition, Direct to Consumer. In 2020, they moved to Tiny Trips, a PlacePass Company, as the Director of Growth & Marketing - DTC, where they helped lead the team responsible for its research, development, launch and growth. Matt currently works at Flag & Anthem as the Director of Performance Marketing, overseeing direct to consumer marketing & analytics for the ecommerce division.
Matt Kurkowski obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University in 2008, majoring in Advertising with secondary studies in Hospitality Administration and Sociology. In April 2016, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google.
