Nicole Blankenhorn has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Nicole began their career as a Game Operations Intern for the Washington Wizards in 2010. From there, they worked as a Front Desk Attendant at Town Sports International's Washington Sports Club from 2010 to 2011.
In 2011, Nicole served as an Event Coordinator for Real Maryland FC and also worked as an Operations Supervisor for the University of Pennsylvania Department of Recreation.
Nicole then transitioned to a role as an Operations Manager at Healthplex Sports Club in 2012 and held the same position at LA Fitness in 2013. During their time at LA Fitness, they also worked as a Game Operations Coordinator for the Legends Football League.
Nicole later became a Membership Sales Consultant at Healthplex Sports Club before moving to Anytime Fitness, where they served as the General Manager from 2014 to 2016.
Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Flag Star Football, a position they have held since 2016.
Nicole Blankenhorn completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport and Recreation Management from James Madison University, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Professional Studies degree at Georgetown University from 2010 to 2011, specializing in Sports Industry Management and Business Management and Operations.
