Christopher Wagner

Christopher Wagner, MBA, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Flagler County Sheriff's Office since November 2021, overseeing the development and implementation of human resource policies, managing personnel records, and addressing sensitive personnel issues. Previously, Christopher held positions such as Personnel Officer at Seneca County New York, where responsibilities included recruitment and administering civil service rules, and Director of Human Resources at BonaDent Dental Laboratories, focusing on workforce management and HR staff oversight. Additional experience encompasses roles at del Lago Resort & Casino, Orlando Upper Cervical, Tech Distributed, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and service in the United States Marine Corps, where foundational skills in operations and personnel management were developed. Christopher holds an MBA from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
