Stephen Palmer

Stephen Palmer is a seasoned professional in health and emergency services, currently serving as a Health Services Administrator at Centurion Health since August 2022. With extensive experience at Flagler County Fire Rescue, Stephen has held roles as a Firefighter/Paramedic and Flight Medic since March 2003. Additionally, Stephen has been a Paramedic with the Flagler County Sheriff's Department since January 2000. Stephen demonstrated leadership as President of the Flagler County Professional Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 4337 from January 2014 to June 2023. Earlier in their career, Stephen worked as a Firefighter at Palm Coast Fire & Rescue from December 1989 to March 2003. Stephen holds an Associate of Arts degree in EMT/Paramedic from Daytona State College and has pursued further education at Flagler Technical Institute, Florida State Fire College, and Stetson University.
