Jackie Basak

Jackie Basak has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience spanning over three decades. Jackie has held various leadership roles, including Vice President - Retail Market Manager at Flagship Bank Florida since 2022. Prior to that, Jackie retired as a Branch Manager/VP in 2020 after working at Fifth Third Bank as a Financial Center Manager from 2014. Jackie also served as a VP/Financial Center Leader at BB&T from 2001 to 2013, where they managed overall branch operations and developed strategies to increase assets and profitability. Before that, they were an Area Manager/Vice President at Colonial Bank from 2001 to 2009, leading and supporting multiple branches in the region. Jackie started their career in 1991 at Capital City Bank as a Branch Manager, where they managed a team and oversaw daily operations.

Jackie Basak attended the BAI Graduate School of Banking from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Retail Banking. Prior to that, they also attended Pasco-Hernando State College from 1980 to 1983. Apart from their formal education, Jackie Basak has an additional certification in BAI Retail Banking.
