German Rincon

German Rincon is an experienced technology leader with a solid background in software development and database management. Currently serving as Manager of SQL Server Development and Manager of Application Development at Flagship Credit Acceptance since July 2018, German Rincon leads a junior development team and oversees the design and execution of Database and ETL projects. Previously, German Rincon held various roles, including Senior Director of Technology at AFS Acceptance, where leadership in implementing a new dialer platform significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Additionally, German Rincon founded Safepickup, LLC, and has worked in several technology and systems analyst roles throughout a career that began in 1998, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad de Los Andes.
