Marc Brislin

Marc Brislin is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Flagship Cruises & Events since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef at Remington Hotels from March 2017 to October 2021, and Executive Chef at House of Blues Entertainment from March 2014 to April 2016. Marc held Executive Chef and F&B Director positions at Remington Hotels between August 2012 and March 2014 and served as Executive Chef at Island Palms Hotel and Marina from May 2006 to August 2012. Beginning a culinary career as Sous Chef at The Palm Restaurant from October 2005 to May 2006, Marc Brislin is a graduate of the National Culinary School, having attended from 1998 to 1999.
