Ralph Terrones

Ralph Terrones has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ralph started their career at The Home Depot as a Human Resources Generalist, where they facilitated staff functions, managed recruitment processes, and implemented training and development programs. Ralph then moved on to Flagship@Facebook, where they held various roles including Human Resources Director, Regional HR Manager, HR Manager, and HR Business Partner. During their time at Flagship@Facebook, Ralph maximized operational efficiency, maintained a low turnover rate, and provided strategic guidance to senior leaders. Currently, they are working at Flagship Facility Services, Inc. as the Senior Director of Human Resources. In this role, they are responsible for optimizing departmental operations, resolving legal claims, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
