Tony most recently served as the Regional Operations & Sales Director at Flagship Facility Services, where they partnered with clients to provide integrated facilities management, janitorial services, and culinary staffing solutions. Prior to that, Tony held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Point 2 Point Global Security, where they provided quality security services to commercial, industrial, and governmental organizations. Tony also served as the Vice President of Business Development at Overton Security Services, where they developed new market penetrations and technology-enhanced security and janitorial programs. Tony has a proven track record of success in sales and operations and has held leadership positions at companies such as Compass Group North America, Linc Facility Services, and GMI Integrated Facility Solutions. Furthermore, they have served as a Facility Consultant at AO Soriano & Associates and held the role of Past-President at IFMA Orange County Chapter. Tony began their career at Aramark Healthcare, where they generated new food-service management contracts for hospital and healthcare facilities.
Tony Soriano attended Fullerton College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Architecture & Art. Tony then went on to study at the California State University-Long Beach - College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
