Cheryl Lopez has over 25 years of experience in employee relations and litigation management. Currently serving as Employee Relations Manager at New York Community Bancorp, Inc. since July 2008, Cheryl is responsible for overseeing employee relations initiatives and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Prior to this role, Cheryl worked at KeyBank from April 1998 to May 2008 as Bankruptcy/Litigation Manager, where responsibilities included managing bankruptcy cases and legal litigation processes.
