Second Vice President, Talent Acquisition Manager I at Flagstar Bank

Svetlana (Lana) Aminova began their work experience in 2005 at New York Community Bank (NYCB), starting as a Loan Administrative Officer and Assistant Manager. Svetlana (Lana) then progressed to become an Assistant Vice President, working in various roles including Insurance Risk Analyst and HR Benefits Specialist. In 2022, Lana reached the position of Assistant Vice President and Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist before becoming a Second Vice President and Talent Acquisition Manager. Alongside their roles at NYCB, Lana also worked as a Community Habilitation Specialist at Maidstone Foundation, Inc. from 2006 to 2015.

Svetlana (Lana) Aminova completed their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Finance from St. John's University in 2003. Additionally, they obtained the P&C Insurance Agent & Broker Licences with a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance from the Real Estate Education Center.
