Stephen Eppink

Stephen Eppink is a seasoned professional in project management and construction, currently serving as the Manager of Project Management at Flaherty & Collins Properties since April 2022. Prior to this role, Eppink was the President of Elbrecht Construction, LLC, and Grand Contracting, LLC, from February 2017 to January 2022. Eppink also held the position of Executive Vice President, Construction at Lauth Group, Inc. for nearly 25 years. Earlier in their career, Eppink worked as a Senior Project Manager at RLTurner Corporation and as a Project Manager at The Beck Group. Eppink earned a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Purdue University.
