Jeffrey R. Brown

Jeffrey R. Brown currently serves as the Manager of Crew Performance and Recognition at Flair Airlines, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Jeffrey held various roles at WestJet, including Development and Performance Manager, and previously worked at Flair Airlines as both In-Flight Director and Flight Attendant. Jeffrey's experience extends to Georgian College as a Campus Ambassador and Sandbox Centre as an Event Planner/Community Coordinator, where efforts focused on supporting entrepreneurs and building community connections. Additional roles include Customer Service Representative at Unilock and Operations Manager at The TEFFTORR Group Ltd., as well as Production Planner and Purchasing/Logistics Coordinator at Busch Systems International. Jeffrey began a career in public service as a Parliamentary Assistant, honing organizational skills while assisting a Member of Parliament from 2008 to 2011. Educational qualifications include degrees in Protection, Security and Investigations, and Flight Services from Georgian College.
