Nii Cleland has a wealth of work experience. In 2010, they began their career as an Intern at Redington Ltd. The following year, they interned at mallowstreet. In 2012, they interned at GFI Group and also worked as a Spring Week Intern at RBS. In 2013, they were a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and in 2014, they became an Analyst (Securities) at Goldman Sachs. In 2017, they became the CEO/Co-Founder of Flair Football, where they grew their community to over 20,000 users in the UK & Ireland and reached the top 10 of the UK's App Store. In 2020, they became the CEO/Co-Founder of FLAIR, where they harness data to help their clients break down the barriers to racial equity. In 2022, they were named a Forbes 30 Under 30 Alumnus and a Launch With GS '22 Cohort Member at Goldman Sachs.
Nii Cleland completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from the University of Warwick between 2011 and 2014. Nii also attended Haberdashers' Boys' School from 2006 to 2011.
