Tracey Ledford

Tracey Ledford is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and production. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Flambeau, Inc. since November 2018, Tracey previously held the position of Plant Manager at Fabral from October 2015 to November 2018. Before that, Tracey was the US LVT Manufacturing Director at Mannington Mills, Inc. from December 2006 to September 2015. Tracey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Production Operations Management from The University of Georgia, completing studies there between 1989 and 1993.
