Marc Egea i Sala

Marc Egea i Sala has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Marc began their career as a Junior Software Developer at deister software, then moved to openTrends where they held the roles of Solution Designer, Software Developer, and System Admin. In 2013, they became a Full Stack Developer at Soysuper, then transitioned to Overleaf (Writelatex Limited) in 2015 in a similar role. In 2016, they became a Back End Developer at ZPG Plc, followed by a Tech Lead role at CAPSiDE in 2017. In 2020, they joined Elastic Suite as a Senior Software Engineer, and most recently, they were hired as a Staff Software Engineer at Flanks in 2021.

Marc Egea i Sala obtained their Computer Engineering Degree from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya between 2011 and 2017. Prior to that, they attended Institut Jaume Balmes between 2007 and 2008, where they obtained an FP-MGS in Administration of Systemic Information. Marc also obtained an FP-MGS in Development of Informatic Applications from Institut Jaume Balmes between 2005 and 2007.
