Janine Fry has a well-rounded work experience in customer experience and project management. Janine worked as the VP of Customer Experience at Flare from January 2022 onwards, previously serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Head of Project Management. Prior to Flare, Janine held roles at Datacom, including Business Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Professional Services Consultant, between 2011 and 2017.

Janine Fry completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Management at The University of Auckland from 2006 to 2008. Janine then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Commercial Law and International Business at the same university from 2009 to 2010.
