Vinícius Nogueira

Vinícius Nogueira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vinícius is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Flash Benefícios since March 2022. Before that, they worked at Bain & Company, where they held various roles over the years, including Associate Partner, Senior Manager, Manager, Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Prior to joining Bain & Company, Vinícius worked at Unilever as a Market Development of Solution Wash Intern. Vinícius also gained valuable experience at FEA Junior USP, where they served as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant.

Vinícius Nogueira earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Technical and High School degree in Administration from ETEC Prof. Camargo Aranha from 2005 to 2007. Vinícius also holds the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) obtained from Scrum Alliance in June 2018.
