Kelsey Getson

Kelsey Getson-Matthews is an accomplished leader in talent management and sustainability, currently serving as the Director of Talent & Sustainability at Flashfood since March 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Senior Manager, People & Culture at Clutch, where foundational People and Talent functions were established. Kelsey has also held positions at TouchBistro focusing on talent acquisition, and as an HR Business Partner with HelloFresh, where collaboration with Canadian operations occurred. Kelsey's early career includes roles at various organizations, including a graduate student experience at the University of Glasgow, where a dissertation on armed groups and child soldier recruitment was completed. Kelsey holds an MSc in Human Rights & International Politics from the University of Glasgow and an Honors Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.
