Megan Martinelli

Megan Martinelli is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Flashfood since August 2020, Megan previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner. Prior positions include Human Resources Generalist and Specialist at Points, HR Analyst at Altum Health, and multiple roles at the University Health Network, including Compensation Analyst and Staffing Advisor. Megan's career in human resources began at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar as a Server, and includes an HR internship focused on labor relations. Educationally, Megan holds a post-graduate qualification in Human Resource Management from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
