Peter Najera

Peter Najera has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry, specifically in the electric vehicle charging and operations sector. Peter currently holds the role of Director of EV Charging and Operations at FLASH, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager for Mobility Services at FLASH from September 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining FLASH, Peter worked at Sunrun as a Partnerships and Execution Manager from January 2019 to September 2020.

Their early career was with Tesla, where they held various roles from February 2012 to January 2019. These roles included Senior Regional Field Manager for Western States and Programs Partner Development, District Energy Manager for Southern California, and Sales and Delivery Manager for Orange County. In these positions, Peter led high-volume sales and delivery teams, developed customer-centric program strategies, and achieved impressive sales growth and awards for performance and leadership.

Peter Najera attended Orange Coast College, where they studied Architecture. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Mater Dei High School.
