Randy Janzen

Randy Janzen is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in various sectors, including electric vehicle charging solutions and platform strategy for partner business. At FLASH since May 2022, Randy focuses on developing EV charging and parking solutions. Simultaneously, employment at Arrive since October 2017 involves accountability for platform product strategy and revenue growth. Previous roles include founding a product support team at Northwestern University's Center for Data Science and Informatics, leading a consultancy at Leipzig Group, co-founding HaveMyShift to promote employee satisfaction in workforce management, and serving in roles at Ecor Group, Nico Trading, and GSMA. Randy holds a degree in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University.
