Travis Hargitt CPM is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and management. Currently serving as General Manager for the Pacific Northwest Branch at Flash since March 2022, Travis has held various managerial roles at the City of Eugene from May 2013 to March 2022, including Tenant Services/Landside/Ground Transportation Manager at Eugene Airport and Operations Manager in Planning and Development. Additionally, Travis contributed as a Board Member for the Pacific Intermountain Parking and Transportation Association from January 2016 to March 2022 and has significant experience in the U.S. Air Force, where roles included EOD Program Manager from January 1993 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Emergency Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Emergency and Disaster Management, several certifications from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Green Business Certification as a Parksmart Advisor.
