Oleg Osipenko

Oleg Osipenko, CFA, currently serves as a Venture Partner at Flashpoint Venture Capital since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Credit, Investments, and European Client Coverage at VTB Bank (Europe) SE from November 2016 to March 2022, and Head of Investment Banking and Ukraine Client Coverage at VTB Capital from 2010 to 2016. Oleg held the position of Vice President in the Principal Investments Group at Morgan Stanley (2007-2009), contributed to Emerging Markets M&A at Deutsche Bank (2006-2007), and worked as Vice President and Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Merrill Lynch (2002-2006). Oleg began the career as a Senior Auditor at PwC UK (1997-2000). Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Imperial College London, a Master of Public Administration in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kyiv National Economics University.
