Heather Ollanketo

Heather Ollanketo is an experienced finance and operations professional currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at FlashPoint Leadership Consulting since February 2019. Prior to this role, Heather held the position of Controller at Lighthouse Academies for a brief period in late 2018 and was the Controller at Harrison College from December 2016 to January 2019. Heather's career at Harrison College, previously known as Indiana Business College, spanned from October 2002 to December 2016, where Heather progressed from Senior Accountant to Controller. Heather holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
